Air return style	Full down craft. 2 rows trench on the floor for air return. Single row trench size: 10000×840 mm(L×W). The trenches are covered by galvanized steel grids.
Main door	1set, Single open door, three door leafs, Dimension:3300×3900 mm(W×H), with aluminum alloy frames and 5mm thick tempering glass windows. Big Aluminum hinges.
Personal door	2 sets on side, single dimension: 700×2000mm(W×H), with pressure locks and tempering glass windows.
Body Wallboards	Body wallboards are 70mm thickness EPS panels double face with 0.426mm color steel skin. Tongue & Groove Style.
Roof panel	Roof panels are 0.8mm galvanized steel plates bended making.
Lights	Ceiling light: 16groups x 4pcs=64 pcs Side light: 10groups x 2pcs=20 pcs
Power unit cabinets	Whole spray booth adopt two groups power unit. Per power unit have 2sets air intake fans and 1set exhaust fan. Power unit cabinets are made of sprayed steel structures, double layer galvanized steel covers and inside filled by rock wool protection materials. Good sealing and low noise.
Air intake and exhaust fans	Total have 4 sets intake fans, Single model: Double big holes centrifuge YDW4.5L fan, power: 4kw. capacity: 12500m3/h. Total air intake capacity: 50000 m3/h.
Air intake and exhaust fans	Total have 2 sets exhaust fans. Single model: DKF, power:7.5kw, capacity: 20000m3/h, belt drive. Total air exhaust capacity: 40000m3/h
Exhaust ducts	Ducts are made of 0.8mm galvanized steel plates with die flanges. Quantities: 8M straight ducts and two 90degree elbows.
Heating system	Total adopt 2 sets Original Italy Riello G20 diesel burner, Total heating capacity: 360000Kcal/h. with 2 sets 20N Switzerland original electric actuator can automatically achieve from spraying to baking alternate. 2mm thick SUS304 stainless steel making heat exchanger, double layer heating fins, argon arc welding, equipped explosion-proof vent.
Filters	Muti-layer filtering Structure. Air intake entrance have primary filter. Ceiling have high efficient filter blocks. Floor under grids have fiber glass filters. Exhaust cabinet have two layers fiber glass filters and one layer active carbon for paint smell.
Electric control	Adopt turning buttons style control box, Main components are Siemens or Schneider brand. With Light Switch, normal spray switch, constant temperature spray switch. Baking Switch, Emergency Stop, Breakdown Alarm, time adding, time and temperature set switch and so on.
Support power	220V single phase for lights. Three phase, 380V, 50Hz
